Process an Arrived Shipment in Appointment Manager
Once a shipment has arrived, booked a slot, and its appointment time has arrived, you can start processing (unloading/loading) the shipment at the dock.
To process a shipment,

Find the shipment in either the Calendar View or the Table View.

Click on the shipment to open the Slot Detail [Shipment #] pop-up. This is where you update a shipment's status and mark update times.

Click the Clock icon to enter the current time to enter the status update timestamp.

Click the Check mark icon to save the timestamp.

The status bar is updated to show shipment processing progress.
