Book a Dock Appointment through the Appointment Manager Carrier Portal
Important
This guide is for Carriers booking appointments at yard facilities.
Carriers, if you do not have access to the Appointment Manager Carrier Portal, please contact your yard point of contact to create an account for you.
To book an appointment,

Click the Appointment Manager Carrier Portal.

Find the shipment in the Inbound or Outbound shipment list.

Click BOOK APT.

Enter all required information (indicated by a red asterisk) plus any additional shipment information.

Select a date and time for the appointment.

Click BOOK APPOINTMENT.

The appointment is now visible in the Booked Shipments view calendar.
You can also book appointments in the Calendar View on the Booked Shipments dashboard.
