Create and Manage Reason Codes in Appointment Manager
Reason codes are used when canceling or rescheduling a booking.
To open the reason codes dashboard, click Settings > Reason Codes. This opens the Reason Codes list.
To create a reason code,

Click NEW REASON CODE.

Enter the following fields in the Add Reason Code pop-up window:

Reason Code. This is what you want to call the reason code.

Name. The name of the Reason code that appears when canceling or rescheduling a booking in Appointment Management.

Usage. The activities this reason code can be applied to.

Location. The facilities where this reason code can be used.

Click ADD.

The reason code appears in the Reasons Code. It can now be used when canceling or rescheduling bookings.
Change the Reason Code, Name, Usage, and/or Location fields.
