Exporting Shipments or Cases
Are you a savvy user who wants to download your filtered results or saved views, so you can create your own report? Use the Quick Shipment Search, Saved Views, or Advanced Filters to narrow the results, and then click the export button on the page.
Exporting Shipments
To export shipment data from the Shipments table view, click the Export to CSV button on the top right corner of the page.
A dialogue will appear that allows you to select which fields you'd like to include in your CSV export file. Click the Export button at the bottom of the modal to trigger your CSV to download.
Exporting Cases
To export case data from the Case Management table view, click the arrow to the right of the Crease Case button on the top right corner of the page to reveal the Export to CSV button. Click the Export to CSV button in the dropdown. For cases that include more than one shipment, only the first shipment is included for that line item in the report.
A dialogue will appear that allows you to select which fields you'd like to include in your CSV export file. Click the Export button at the bottom of the modal to trigger your CSV to download.
Tips for Exporting
- There are two CSV format options for each export, an Excel CSV format and a standard CSV format. The Excel CSV format is typically preferred as it doesn't transpose long tracking numbers or other number format identifiers.
- If you have selected over 10k rows, then a notification will appear on the page and your file may take longer to download.
- Both exports support data created in Convey within the past 13 months.
- The data included in the export follows all Convey PII Compliance rules.
