Managing Promotional Images on the Tracking Page
Account Admins have the ability to manage up to 3 promotional images on your company's branded tracking page: a primary image unit and a secondary unit (that includes 2 image spots). Follow the instructions below to enable and update this content.
Note that support for managing the secondary ad unit is currently in beta. If you want to enabling this new content the first time, you will need to work directly with your Account Director to get set-up.

Finding the Tracking Page Admin
Find the Profile menu in the upper right had corner and navigate to Admin Settings > Tracking page.
From here, you will be able to update both the primary and secondary units and publish those changes directly to the tracking page.
Choose Brand
If you support multiple brands through Convey, start by selecting the correct brand from the dropdown menu in the header. Doing this will ensure that you are making changes for the correct brand.
Upload & Save Images
To update the primary unit, select "Edit".
Drag/drop or upload the image, ensuring it is sized correctly. You will receive an error message if the dimensions are not correct. Ad alt text and the image URL that you want to direct customers to upon click.
Click "Save:
To update the secondary unit, select "Edit".
Follow the same process - drag/drop or upload images. Update the alt text and destination URL for each image. These images are a set - you cannot enable a single image by itself. If you are making use of this promotional space, you have to provide content for both ad spots.
Click "Save."
Display & Publish
Once the images have been uploaded and saved, it's time to enable the secondary unit and publish your changes. You must publish your saved images for them to be visible on the tracking page
Click the "Review and Publish" button on the right hand side of the screen. Doing so will open a dialogue box. Make sure the Checkbox for the Secondary Ad unit is selected. This selection is what enables these prop spaces on the page.
Click "Publish." Publishing will officially commit any changes that you have made to the tracking page. If you see this reminder at the top of the page, it means you have made changes to one or both of the ad units but have not yet published those changes.
Disabling The Secondary Promo Unit
If you need to disable the secondary promo unit, click "Review & Publish". Deselect the checkbox and click "Publish." This will disable the images from showing up on the tracking page. When you are ready to change images and republish, follow the steps above.

Can I preview changes before I publish them?
We expect to support a preview function very soon. In the meantime, once you have made changes, find any shipment in Convey and select to view that shipment's tracking page. You can preview changes this way.
