Configure Gate Appointment Types for a Site
User Access Note
Only Administrator users, or users with Manage access, can make changes to configurations settings.
The types of gate appointments (LIVE Delivery, DROP Delivery, LIVE Pickup, DROP Pickup) must be configured before creating the appointment schedule for a site.
To configure a schedule for a site, in the Configuration dashboard of the Gate console,

Click Appt Config.

Click Configuration.

In the dropdown in the top right of the screen, select the site for which appointments will be configured.

Choose the Appointment Types (Gate or None) for LIVE Delivery, DROP Delivery, LIVE Pickup, and DROP Pickup. Currently, Dock appointment types cannot be configured.
Note
A DROP Pickup does not require an appointment type to be configured. The configuration for the DROP Pickup Appointment Types will always be None.

Click Save Configuration.
