Create and Manage Carrier Users
Create new Carrier users, edit Carrier user information, and delete Carrier users in Appointment Management Settings.
Adding Carrier users allow them to self-service appointment scheduling from a dedicated carrier portal.
In Settings, click Users > Carrier.
To create a Carrier user,

Click CREATE CARRIER.

In the Create Carrier pop-up, enter the Carrier user's Email, First Name, and Last Name.

Select the SCAC(s) associated with the Carrier User.

Select the Locations the Carrier user can access Appointment Manager information for.

Click SAVE.

After you create the Carrier User in Appointment Manager, add them as a user through User Management in Movement. This allows the Carrier to access the Appointment Manager Carrier Portal through Movement.
