Admin users have access to the Rate Quote Summary report to view cost and savings information for shipments decisioned through the Convey platform. The report also provides detailed information about the quotes received for each shipment. 

The report is available under the Advanced Reporting section of Analytics 

Use the drop-down at the top of the page to select Rate Quote Summary

The report summarizes the Average Savings per Shipment ($), Total Shipments, Total Savings ($), and Total Cost ($). These metrics are segmented by the route the shipment was decisioned (App - manually in the Convey UI, API - programmatically through Convey APIs). 

Additionally, the report provides details on the selected carrier quote and service level compared to the second lowest cost carrier quote and service level for each shipment decisioned. 

These details (25,000 row limit) can be downloaded or pivoted by using the top right corner of each view (see PageFilter below on how to access more than 25,000 rows) 

The following filters are available at the tope of the report and will update all underlying data displayed:

• Daterange - A custom date or pre-set date range may be applied
• Carrier_Subset - Filter for a specific decisioned carrier
• Pagefilter - The PageFilter will update the data displayed in the details section to allow scrolling to the next page for download purposes. 
• Status - View data based on the specific status of the shipment (ex. Delivered shipments only)
