You may come across a situation where you need to cancel a shipment request. Follow these steps to do so:

Click into the "All Shipments" view and click the tracking number or 'view' hyper link for the shipment you'd like to cancel:

Click the 'Cancel' button in the shipment details:

Follow the prompts to cancel the shipment:
