The Shipment Detail page provides a lot of great information on the specifics of that given shipment. Here you can add notes for your fellow customer care colleagues, reach out to the carrier, as well as reach out to the consumer (this article will outline these steps). We also display a lot of useful information for your Customer Care team to provide back to your consumers.
Users now have the ability to associate attachments with shipments. When working directly with carriers or across internal organizations, document sharing is often a critical component of proactive delivery management. For example, the carrier may want to show the shipper a photo of a damaged shipment in order to determine next steps. Or another common use case is proof that an item was successfully delivered to the final destination.

There are two options to check customer facing carrier tracking information. The Convey tracking page, and the specific carrier's tracking page. The latter is mostly for a sanity check to double check the information being displayed within Convey is up to date with the current carrier tracking page information. You may prefer one or the other, and it's up to you on what you'd like to verify.
