Convey Status Definitions
When using the Data Export tool, the Status column will provide codes instead of the full string in the .CSV file. The following is the key to those codes:
- K = Pickup Appointment Needed
- B = Scheduled (Booked for pickup)
- T = In Transit
- O = Out for Delivery
- D = Delivered
- C = Canceled
