Why Have a Saved View?
Below are benefits of using the out-of-box Saved Views and some ideas on what new views to create.
When you want to ensure that you are looking at all shipments in your account and no filters are being applied, use the All Shipments saved view to quickly get back to an unfiltered array of shipments.
Use this view to quickly look at all shipments that are in a current exception status.
Your account administrator or Convey Client Partner may help you set up other views based on any filters available in our Advanced Filters. There are many filter combinations that will be helpful. Here are just a few examples:
Carrier specific saved views - a view for only seeing shipments that are related to a specific carrier, like UPS or CEVA.
Exception/Status specific saved views - You may want a view of a current status or exception type like “Attempted Delivery” to easily surface them.
Date specific saved views - for example a view to look at all shipments that have been delivered in the last week.
All users can utilize Advanced Filtering after clicking into a saved view but only account administrators may create/update views. (Learn More)
All results from Saved Views can be exported using the Shipment Export feature.
